Our research shows that the share of people who would like to stay in Poland for more than a year is growing. Last year it was 48%, this year 55% of people say they would like to stay in Poland for longer than a year. This is a very important figure, because we see that workers — I prefer to say immigrants — from Ukraine are also planning their future in Poland. But we have competition: we have the West, we have Scandinavia. They are not asleep either. As of today, Poland has the most liberal law on coming to Poland to work. If someone wants to come to Poland from Ukraine, they in effect only need a foreign passport; the employer or agency arranges the relevant documents and there is no longer a problem with coming to Poland. With Germany or Scandinavia it is harder. Or with the Czech Republic. But they are not asleep either — Tomas Bogdevic, general director of Gremi Personal, tells wgospodarce.pl television
