для нас CSR це 230x130.png

For us, CSR is a guiding principle in our day-to-day work with our employees

At Gremi Personal, we firmly believe that responsible business begins with respect for people, fair working practices and a genuine contribution to society’s development. For us, CSR is a guiding principle in our day-to-day work with employees, clients, partners and communities.

We operate in an international environment and recognise our responsibility as an employer, partner and driver of social change. That is why we base our activities on six key principles:

Our principles

1. Diversity and equal treatment

Gremi Personal works with people from over 20 nationalities and cultures. We respect the dignity, rights, beliefs and individuality of every person. We adhere to the principles of equal treatment and do not tolerate discrimination based on origin, gender, age, disability, religion or other personal characteristics. Professional competence, work performance and mutual respect are important to us — and every candidate is treated fairly throughout the recruitment process.

2. Responsibility towards employees

People are at the heart of everything we do. Every year, we help over 30,000 people find employment. Behind every figure is a person who needs not only a job opportunity, but also safe working conditions, transparent employment terms and support at every stage – from onboarding to professional development.
We comply with health and safety requirements, foster a culture of mutual respect and develop internal training programmes. We categorically reject any form of forced labour, child labour, human trafficking or any other form of exploitation.

3. Compliance and responsible management

Gremi Personal is developing as a franchise network, which is why it is critical for us that uniform standards of quality, ethics, compliance and interaction with employees and partners are maintained not only within the company, but also across all entities operating under the Gremi Personal brand.

For us, responsible management means adhering to internal policies and procedures, preventing conflicts of interest, protecting confidential data, ensuring transparent cooperation with clients and public institutions, and maintaining compliance control within the franchise model. We are consistently building a culture of trust in which ethical conduct is the standard across the entire network.

4. Data protection and responsible handling of information

We place particular emphasis on protecting the personal data of our employees, candidates, clients and partners. All data processing procedures comply with applicable legislation and privacy principles. We also protect intellectual property and commercially sensitive data — responsible information management is a key element in building trust in the company.

5. Sustainable development and environmental responsibility

We focus not on declarations, but on the practical steps we are already taking today: transitioning to paperless processes and digital document management in our day-to-day operations, a corporate fleet consisting entirely of low-emission hybrid vehicles, and the efficient use of resources at every level of our operations. We understand that environmental responsibility is a process that requires systematic effort, and we are steadily moving in this direction.

6. Social responsibility and contribution to the community

We firmly believe that a company should contribute to society in ways that go beyond purely economic value. Our social approach is based on long-term programmes and our own initiatives, which have already become an integral part of our brand identity.

GREMI FOUNDATION The Foundation is a key instrument of Gremi Personal’s corporate social responsibility, having implemented systematic projects in support of Ukraine for over four years.

From the very first days of the full-scale war, the Gremi Foundation has focused its efforts on providing effective assistance to Ukrainian military personnel and civilians in combat zones. Tactical medical supplies, drones, communication equipment, thermal imaging devices and vehicles – this is practical aid that makes a difference where it is most needed. Over the past four years, the value of aid provided has exceeded 13 million pln, and assistance has reached over 52,000 military personnel.

We communicate the truth about Ukraine’s struggle to the world through the language of culture. Our flagship project, Gremi Borsch Fest – Europe’s largest street festival of contemporary Ukrainian cuisine, music and art – brings together thousands of people and transforms cultural traditions into a unifying force inspiring support for Ukraine. In 2024, 10 festivals took place in various cities across Poland, attracting over 70,000 visitors and raising over 1.3 million zlotys in donations. In 2025, the festival had already expanded to 10 cities. For Gremi Personal, this is not just a festival – it is an example of how business can support cultural identity, create a space for dialogue and foster strong social bonds within communities.

GREMI MRIYA – a scholarship programme for young people.
Gremi Mriya – a scholarship programme for the talented children of Gremi Personal employees working in Poland, regardless of nationality. The programme supports those who achieve high results in their studies, sport or creative activities. We believe that investing in the next generation has long-term value for society. The programme has been running successfully for 5 years.

GREMIADA – sports support programmes.
This is Gremi Personal’s annual corporate sports and team-building event, which brings together hundreds of employees from across Poland. For the company, this is not merely an internal event, but an integral part of its corporate culture, designed to foster teamwork and a healthy lifestyle. The programme has been running continuously for over eight years.

The GREMI GDAŃSK basketball team.
For Gremi Personal, social responsibility towards the community means creating sustainable initiatives with a tangible local impact. One such project is Gremi Gdańsk – a basketball team from Gdańsk competing officially in the Polish basketball league. We view this initiative as an investment in local sporting culture, the promotion of healthy social models, and the building of a community around the values of teamwork, development and responsibility.

At Gremi Personal, we view CSR as an integral part of our identity and the foundation of our long-term development.

That is why we invest not only in operational efficiency, but also in trust, safety, culture, sport, communities and the future of Ukraine. We believe that social responsibility is only meaningful when it is backed up by action.

And that is precisely how we see Gremi Personal’s role today and in the future.
