It is easier for a foreigner to get used to Poland than to another country.
There are 19,000 foreigners running businesses in Poland. Among them, 4,786 are citizens of Ukraine. Thus, 25% of people running their own business are Ukrainians, and they make up the largest group. This was reported by Gremi Personal, citing official statistics from the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS).
For example, in the Opole Voivodeship, citizens of Ukraine make up an even larger share (45%) of all entrepreneurs from abroad. Most often, citizens of this country open their own businesses in services, manufacturing and construction. Moreover, conditions in Poland allow Ukrainians to start their own business thanks to stable business regulation and tax administration. In such a case, a foreigner can easily take out a loan from a Polish bank. In addition, it is much easier for a Ukrainian to get used to the culture and language in Poland than, for example, in Israel or Germany.
