After the outbreak of the pandemic, the influx of Ukrainians to Poland turned out to be the most stable, partly due to a relatively good economic situation. Poland is weathering the crisis better than Ukraine and other European countries. The pandemic in 2020 affected the development plans of most markets. The international labour market was no exception. On the one hand, numerous and constantly changing entry rules for different countries, national quarantines and restrictions caused by the pandemic significantly reduced the pace of labour migration in Europe. On the other hand, the instability of economies as weak as Ukraine's made it impossible to limit the flow of labour from Ukraine to Europe.
