Although the Polish economy still maintains a stable pace of growth, clear signs of a slowdown are visible in the labour market. The NEI indicator falling below 50 points suggests that companies are approaching hiring decisions ever more cautiously.

Businesses are not abandoning recruitment altogether, but conduct it more selectively, placing greater emphasis on efficiency and cost optimisation. As a result, the labour market is moving from a phase of dynamic growth to a stage of stabilisation, in which the pace of creating new jobs is clearly lower.
