The unexpected outbreak of the pandemic shook the Polish labour market. The problems of some industries, especially the HoReCa sector, turned out to be considerable. Now the situation is slowly normalising, but it is also becoming clear that the uncertainty and changes caused by the coronavirus-related restrictions have resulted in significant problems with filling staff shortages.
