Last year turned the economic order in Poland upside down. Many industries suffered from the pandemic and related restrictions (HoReCa), and there are also those that gained from the crisis (logistics, IT) or emerged thanks to it. The rescue is meant to be the effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine, especially for certain branches of the economy. Constant changes in restrictions and ongoing uncertainty caused a growing problem with filling staff shortages in Poland. This led to a situation in which labour migrants stopped being a way to save money but became a rescue for the functioning of Polish enterprises. More information in the article
