How to Order a Monobank or PrivatBank Card While in Poland

yak-u-polshhi-zamoviti-kartu-monobank-i-privatbank (1) (1).png Many Ukrainians, even after relocating to Poland, continue to rely on their Ukrainian bank cards. Accustomed to familiar services and convenient mobile banking, they see no reason to swap Monobank or PrivatBank for something else without a compelling need to do so. Both banks accommodate their customers and allow you to apply for or reissue a physical card without having to return to Ukraine.

How to get a Monobank card in Poland

Monobank's planned entry into the Polish market under the Stereo brand has been postponed indefinitely. That said, if you are a Ukrainian resident and want to order or reissue a Monobank card with delivery of the physical card to Poland, there is no obstacle to doing so. Cards can be delivered to more than 180 countries - essentially anywhere in the world.

To order international delivery of a physical card, navigate to the relevant section of the Monobank app:

  1. Select "Issue a plastic card", then choose your country and preferred delivery method.
  2. Enter your address and personal details.
  3. Update the app.

If everything goes through successfully, a notification will appear in the app containing a tracking number, which you can use to monitor the status of your order.

Delivery options:

  • Nova Poshta - by courier, to a branch or a parcel locker;
  • Ukrposhta - by courier.

Delivery takes between three and fourteen business days.

How to get a physical PrivatBank card in Poland

PrivatBank also allows you to reissue an existing card or order a new one with physical delivery to Poland. To obtain a new physical card, you first need to activate a digital version.

This year, PrivatBank is delivering cards free of charge - the promotion runs throughout 2026. In addition to Poland, the bank ships cards to more than 60 countries worldwide.

The order process - just as with Monobank - is completed through the app:

  1. Open Privat24, select the card you would like to receive in physical form, and go to the card settings.
  2. Tap "Order card" and select the "International" option.
  3. Enter your address, phone number with country code, and email address.
  4. Check that all details are correct and tap "Continue".

The card is sent via Nova Poshta - to a branch or by courier - or via Ukrposhta. You can track your order in the app under the "Card delivery status" section.
