What you get

Official contract

Official employment under a Polish contract — umowa o pracę or umowa zlecenia, depending on the job. ZUS contributions and official payments to your bank account — all in line with the law.

Help with getting here

We help you get here: we plan the route, meet you and accompany you. For some job offers there is organised transfer or ticket reimbursement — the recruiter will confirm the format for the specific job.

Accommodation: what it really looks like

Cottages and flats near work

Photos of real accommodation where our employees live. Format: rooms for 2–4 people, a separate room for couples subject to availability, a kitchen and laundry in the building.

What's included in the accommodation

A bed, wardrobe, equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi. The cost of accommodation is fixed and stated in the job offer — no hidden extra charges. Fully equipped: bed linen, dishes, cleaning products.

Getting to work

We choose accommodation as close to work as possible — within walking distance, by company transport or by public transport. Your coordinator will show you the route on your first day.

Women and men who are allowed to leave Ukraine. We do not provide exemptions from mobilisation — we say this upfront to avoid any misunderstanding.

A biometric passport. Everything else — PESEL, a bank account, insurance, the medical examination and, if needed, a residence card — we arrange together once you're in Poland.

The rate depends on the job and is stated in each offer on this page. Payments are official, to your bank account. Advances are possible in the first weeks.

We also tell you about one-off costs upfront: for some job offers, the cost of the mandatory medical examination (approx. 150–400 zł — the exact amount is in the offer) is deducted from the first salary. Once annual income exceeds 30,000 zł gross, an additional 12% PIT tax applies — this is required by Polish law, and the recruiter will help you calculate your net pay.

Rooms near the workplace, usually for 2–4 people, with a separate room for couples subject to availability. Kitchen, laundry, Wi-Fi. For some job offers accommodation is free, for others it has a fixed cost stated in the offer.

The minimum format is 3 months (the winter season). After that you are free to return or stay longer. Your coordinator will help with either option. If a particular job doesn't suit you, the coordinator will look at another job offer with you. No one keeps anyone by force: the contract is official and all exit terms are set out in it.
