Ukraine's Ministry of Reintegration has announced the launch of an online platform for protecting the rights of Ukrainians in Poland. The new resource will help workers learn about their employment rights, navigate the Polish labour market with greater confidence, and protect themselves from unscrupulous employers.

Where to Learn About Your Employment Rights in Poland

A dedicated section has appeared on the website of the International Rescue Committee (IRC). The platform explains the rights of Ukrainian job seekers in Poland concerning their employment. In particular, this section includes information on:

  • employment contracts;
  • annual leave;
  • sick leave. The site also provides useful contacts: links to government bodies and NGOs, online legal assistance, and emergency hotline numbers. This information helps workers navigate the Polish labour market with greater confidence and protect themselves from unscrupulous employers. The online platform for workers is available via this link.

Legal Support for Gremi Personal Employees

Gremi Personal provides its employees with comprehensive support both at the employment stage and throughout their work in Poland on the chosen vacancy. All our vacancies are official — the employer pays taxes on behalf of the workers. We assist with document preparation and the medical examinations required for employment. We also take care to ensure that workers in a foreign country adapt quickly and always know who to turn to for help. Every Gremi Personal employee is assigned a dedicated coordinator who helps resolve questions related to work and accommodation (we arrange accommodation for every vacancy). A hot information line is available for questions and enquiries about work and daily life. Gremi Personal's own chatbot in Viber contains information about work, accommodation, financial matters, documents, medical assistance, as well as all useful contacts and much more. The company's legal department assists throughout the entire stay in Poland with preparing and renewing documents required for legal residence, work, and study.

With Gremi Personal you feel calm and protected!
