Work in Poland: Sectors with the Highest Number of Vacancies for Ukrainians

The most popular professions in logistics:

  • logistics center operators.

Defense Industry — New Opportunities for Technical Specialists

The second-fastest growing sector is the production of military, aerospace, and railway transport. The most in-demand professions in the defense sector:

  • industrial line workers;
  • parts production specialists;
  • technical assemblers;
  • technical operators.

HoReCa and Food Industry — Stable Employment and Seasonal Options

The most common vacancies in HoReCa and the food sector:

  • kitchen assistants;
  • production line workers;
  • food packers;
  • hotel and restaurant staff.

These areas are particularly suitable for those looking for a quick start, seasonal work, or their first experience in Poland.

Industries with Declining Vacancies

Not all sectors are showing growth. Some parts of the market are reducing their workforce:

  • production of electrical appliances: –5,2%;
  • general machinery manufacturing: –3,5%;
  • construction: approx. –0,6%;
  • retail trade: despite a +6,4% increase in sales, employment fell by –0,7%.
