The anticipated outflow of Ukrainian medical professionals to Poland has not materialized — in 2020, only 41 doctors from Ukraine and 11 nurses found employment in Poland. This is according to data from the Polish Ministry of Development, Labour and Technology, as reported by the analytical centre of the employment company Gremi Personal. According to data from the Supreme Medical Chamber, Poland currently employs a total of 1,594 foreign doctors — from Ukraine (550), Belarus (330), Russia (57) and other countries.
