According to research by Gremi Personal, workers employed in manufacturing or logistics warehouses earn the equivalent of 18,500 to 30,000 UAH per month depending on their work schedule, while highly qualified specialists earn an average of 26,000–33,000 UAH per month. It is also worth noting that the minimum hourly rate this year has risen to PLN 13.78 net (after taxes), which equals 107.02 UAH. This has led to an automatic salary increase of PLN 300 per month (approximately 2,200 UAH).
