vakansii-v-polshhi-dlja-cholovikiv

The Polish labour market is open to foreigners – both men and women. That said, it is fair to acknowledge that in manufacturing and logistics there are more vacancies aimed at men. And if you have ever searched for work in Poland, the list of available offers makes this abundantly clear.

In this article we focus on jobs for men in Poland that offer the highest pay and hourly rates. The positions listed here were available as of January 2024. At Gremi Personal we always have work for you! Leave an enquiry on our website or call +38 (050) 334-93-51 or +48 525 275 003, and we will find you an offer with the best working conditions in Poland.

What you need to know about employment in Poland for men

Let's start with the specifics of getting hired in "male-dominated" trades in Poland.

  1. Well-paid jobs in Poland are available not only to local men but to foreigners as well. However, positions with higher rates usually require relevant experience and qualifications. Polish diplomas and certificates – such as the UDT licence – are also valued. These can be obtained in Poland as an adult, for example at post-secondary vocational schools (where you can also learn Polish at the same time).

  2. Is it possible to land a well-paid job in Poland without knowing the language? For skilled trades such as electricians, welders, forklift operators, carpenters, grinders and the like, at least a basic level of Polish is typically required – you need to understand instructions and be able to respond. Sometimes you also have to read technical drawings and manuals in Polish. There are exceptions, however – for instance, when most of the workforce, including supervisors, are Ukrainian. Even if you are lucky enough to find yourself in such a workplace, keep learning the language: it significantly increases your chances of a higher wage.

  3. How demanding are working conditions in Polish factories? It all depends on the company, but we want to caution you against informal employment in Poland. That is where problems are most common. Everything may seem fine at first – you got a job without a Polish work visa and were promised a high salary. But illegal work carries the risk of never seeing that money at all, plus exposure to very poor working conditions and excessive overtime.

Gremi Personal offers only official employment in Poland, and every job description we provide includes both the advantages and the drawbacks of a specific position. If a role involves shifts longer than 8 hours, night shifts, or special workshop conditions (cold, hot, humid, dry, noisy) – we will always inform you in advance so that you can make a well-considered decision about whether this job suits you.
