Factory Jobs for Women in Poland

Even Ukrainian women without Polish language skills or work experience can realistically find a job in Poland. Many companies employ Ukrainians, including in supervisory roles, so communication is easy.

Here are the current job openings for women in food production facilities in Poland. In Słupsk at a fish processing plant, women up to 55 years old are invited to apply – no language skills or experience required. Rate – 21 PLN/hour net. Working hours – 220–280 per month.

Salary – 4,620–5,880 PLN (45,000–57,000 UAH).

Work runs Monday to Saturday, 12-hour shifts, no night shifts. Accommodation costs 500 PLN/month, partial reimbursement for public transport. Free meals (soups) are available at the plant.

Another vacancy for women in Słupsk – at a snacks and deli production facility – women and couples up to 45 years old are welcome, no experience or language skills required. Rate: 21 PLN/hour net, +1 PLN raise after 240 hours worked, bonuses of 180–800 PLN. Working hours – 220–300 per month.

Salary without bonuses – from 4,620–6,300 PLN (45,000–62,000 UAH).

Work runs Monday to Saturday, shift-based, night shifts and overtime are possible. Shift I: 6:00–14:00, process switch after 14:00 until 18:00, Shift II: 14:00–24:00. Accommodation – 500–527 PLN/month. Free transportation to and from work. Reimbursement for travel from Ukraine and 50% of travel costs within Poland. Work clothing and medical examinations for employees are provided free of charge.

Do you have at least a basic knowledge of Polish? Then this vacancy near Gdańsk is for you. At a salad packing facility for supermarkets in Bojano (20 km from Gdańsk), women up to 50 years old are invited to apply (Polish required: understanding and reading). Rate: 22.5 PLN/hour net. Warehouse Jobs for Women in Poland

Polish warehouses offer both seasonal and permanent vacancies for women. Here are the current employment opportunities.

At a warehouse in Goleniów (30 min from Szczecin), female employees up to 45 years old with warehouse experience are invited to apply. Rate – 21 PLN/hour net, from the second month bonuses apply: 10% for meeting targets, 5% for no absences, allowing earnings of 24 PLN/hour net. Career advancement to team leader, trainer, or team lead is possible. Working hours – 168–240 per month.

Salary – from 3,528–5,760 PLN (34,000–56,000 UAH).

Schedule: 8–12-hour shifts depending on order volume, night shifts available, floating day off. Paid break on an 8-hour shift – 30 min; on longer shifts – +10 min. Accommodation 17 PLN/day, free transportation to work. Compensation for own housing – 1.5 PLN per hour worked. Lunches can be ordered at the warehouse for 10 PLN. Work clothing provided free of charge.

Women forklift operators are always in demand – it is a valuable skill that is highly sought after in Poland, especially in warehouses. At a food warehouse in Rzeszów, forklift operators are invited to apply – women up to 55 years old, with UDT certification and experience operating high-rack stackers with side loading. Rate – 26 PLN/hour net, for students 31 PLN/hour net. With own housing – 27 PLN/hour net. Working hours – 160–200 per month.

Salary – 4,160–5,400 PLN (40,000–53,000 UAH).

Schedule: Mon–Fri, three 8-hour shifts. Occasionally Saturdays and Sundays. Accommodation costs 500 PLN/month. Work clothing provided free of charge.

At a warehouse in Kraków, employees up to 45 years old are invited to apply with a Polish UDT certificate, at least minimal experience, and a working knowledge of Polish (understanding, reading, and answering phone calls). Rate 23 PLN net/hour. Monthly working hours – 168–200.

Salary – 3,864–4,600 PLN.

Compensation for own housing – 300 PLN. Work clothing and footwear provided free of charge.
