Job Vacancies for Women in Poland at Warehouses and Factories

There is a common stereotype that the vast majority of job openings in Poland are intended for men, and that it is much harder for women to find work. The truth is that job offers for women have always existed — and now there are even more of them.

Moreover, since the start of the full-scale war, many employers have shifted their focus toward hiring women. Jobs with moderate physical demands, which previously were available only to men, are now open to everyone. Positions involving machine operation are increasingly filled by women and girls (by the way, read about our UDT School, where women can gain a new, well-paying profession).

Women also traditionally find employment in roles where precision, attentiveness, and fine motor skills are valued. What jobs are available for women in Poland? How much can you earn on female-oriented vacancies? Read on to find out.
