«Poland is experiencing a severe shortage of workers from Ukraine across all key sectors of the economy. The Polish economy has recovered from pandemic losses and is recording one of the highest GDP growth rates in its history – 11.1% year-on-year, according to data from the Central Statistical Office of Poland. The activity of industrial companies in hiring new employees is also very high», – says the head of one of the departments at international company Gremi Personal, Hanna Dzhobolda.

Workers are needed at manufacturing enterprises in the food and processing industries, plastics production, logistics centres, warehouses, and construction. These are the sectors where approximately 80% of Ukrainians working in Poland are employed.
