All Gremi Personal Events of 2023

1. Meeting of the Pomeranian Entrepreneurs Club

On 19 April, the Gremi Personal team took part in the 8th meeting of the Pomeranian Entrepreneurs Club in Gdańsk. It is an exceptionally valuable event for business representatives. During the gathering, participants exchanged company experiences, discussed the development of various business sectors and partnership opportunities.

The Gremi Personal team also shared its expertise.

Tomasz Bogdewicz, CEO of Gremi Personal, spoke about the pitfalls of running a business, shared case studies of effective business structures and discussed ways to motivate colleagues.

Additionally, the team organised a charity lottery during the event and raised 3,270 PLN, which will be donated to the Gremi Personal Foundation and used to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We thank the organisers and participants for their trust!

2. HR Genius 4.0 Conscious Development Festival

On 11 May, the Gremi Personal team had the honour of representing the company at the HR Genius 4.0 Conscious Development Festival, organised by the Hutchinson Institute. We were doubly pleased to be a partner of this event and to share our knowledge.

Vitalia Korshun, Director of Partnerships at Gremi Personal, delivered a presentation on the topic: "The Changing Employee Profile Against the Backdrop of Global Economic Challenges". The aim of the presentation was to discuss the impact of Ukrainian migration to Poland and to share experiences of their integration into the country.

Ukrainians currently make up 10% of Poland's population. They are hardworking people with great potential, which — when properly coordinated — can improve the business landscape. According to Deloitte, Ukrainians generate up to 3.5% of Poland's GDP growth, and in 2022 their work contributed 6 billion PLN to the state budget. And this figure keeps growing.

We thank the Łódź Special Economic Zone and the Hutchinson Institute for organising a wonderful event, for the opportunity to share knowledge and exchange experiences with industry representatives!

WallStreet27 - the largest investor event in Poland

On 26 May in Karpacz, the Gremi Personal team participated in the WallStreet27 investor event.

The team took part in a panel discussion on the topic of the impact of Ukrainians in Poland on Polish business and the economy. Tomasz Bogdewicz presented the company in the expert zone, where participants could exchange experiences on scaling business across the country.

We returned with new business development ideas, new skills and much more.

This year, thanks to the co-organisers of the event — the Entrepreneurship Club — and all partners, we managed to raise 17,165 PLN for the Gremi Personal Foundation. With these funds we purchased a DJI Mavic 3 Pro Fly More Combo drone and four tablets for special units, which have already been sent to frontline hotspots.

3. MEATing 2023 Congress for Technologists, Development and Quality Departments in the Meat Industry.

Gremi Personal is a regular participant in industry events for representatives of various sectors. We work with dozens of large meat companies and strive to be present wherever important issues for the development of the sector are discussed.

On 30 May, Damian Guzman, Deputy CEO, delivered a presentation on "Challenges for the Meat Industry in 2023–2024 – Will There Be a Labour Shortage?"

At the same time, the Gremi Personal Analytics Centre conducted a new survey among meat industry participants, through which we obtained answers to key sector questions. We thank the Meating company for their assistance in conducting the survey.

4. Festival_Rethink

On 20–21 June, Gremi Personal, as a partner of the Łódź Special Economic Zone, took part in the Rethink Digital Fest in Łódź.

Rethink Digital Fest is an event about the digital future. Among the topics discussed at the festival were artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), the Internet of Things (IoT), the Internet of Everything (IoE), cybersecurity, e-commerce, the metaverse, blockchain, automation, robotics and much more.

As a company committed to integrating digital technology into business, we were delighted to participate in this event. Our team was actively involved in networking throughout the festival. We returned with new ideas and valuable contacts.

The future of every sector of the economy depends on technology — and Rethink Digital Fest only reinforced our conviction.

5. Re_enter

On 28 June, as a partner of the Łódź Special Economic Zone, we participated in the Re_enter meeting.

The main theme of Re_enter was the financial activity of companies in the context of current market realities and future prospects.

Speakers at the meeting addressed various aspects of this topic, including reinvestment, energy efficiency in enterprises and green technologies.

A panel discussion on the labour market also took place, in which Damian Guzman, Deputy CEO of Gremi Personal, participated.

6. Economic Congress of the Polish Investment Zone

We are everywhere the economy is being discussed!

This time we visited Piła, where the Economic Congress of the Polish Investment Zone was held to mark its 5th anniversary. Within this initiative, over 2,000 support decisions were issued in fewer than 5 years. Investments totalled 109.5 billion PLN and 45,559 new jobs were declared. Gremi Personal was represented at the event by Aneta Stanuchiewicz and Maciej Kupsh.

7. Business Mission Event 2.0

When top entrepreneurs gather at the Business Mission Event 2.0 networking event, Gremi Personal sends its best representatives!

The business integration event, held at the Heron Live Hotel, was attended by: Liliya Tereshchenko – Vice President and HR Director, Halyna Kyrychenko – Managing Director of Gremi Personnel UK, and Evhen Kyrychenko – CEO and owner of Gremi Personal.

8. HR Summit Congress

We are experts in our field because we never stop learning and growing!

That is exactly why we took part in the 10th HR Summit Congress, organised by Puls Biznesu. This most important event for the HR industry in Poland took place on 18 and 19 September.

Participating in the congress gave us the opportunity to learn about the latest trends and, together with leading experts, reflect on the direction of future changes in the labour market. Speakers included representatives from OLX Polska, mBank Polska, PSE Innowacje, Fresenius Kabi, UNIQA Polska, Funk International Polska, DPD Polska, Benefit Systems SA and Carlsberg Shared Services.

Over two days of workshops and lectures, we gained a great deal of knowledge and made important new contacts.

9. Poznań Economic Congress

On 2 October, Marcin Siemaszkiewicz and Jakub Jakumułski visited Poznań. It is here, in the capital of (Greater Poland) entrepreneurship, that the Poznań Economic Congress was held. Together with several hundred participants, speakers and experts, we reflected on the economic, financial, business and social challenges facing the Polish economy.

10. XX Forum of Polish Logistics Managers

During the event, the Gremi Personal team had the opportunity to hear many interesting presentations from representatives of the logistics industry.

Entrepreneurship Club – October

Presentations by our representatives are always key moments at conferences and industry meetings. At the National Conference of the Entrepreneurship Club in October, Evhen Kyrychenko and Tomasz Bogdewicz participated in a panel discussion on the topic of "How to Effectively Build Procedures and Organisational Culture in Your Company".

11. Moto Idea Automotive Conference

Damian Guzman spoke about strategies applicable to staffing needs in the automotive industry — including how to retain employees and what role women can play in the automotive sector.
