Ukrainian Teachers Head to Poland Instead of Taking Holidays

Ukrainian teachers are travelling to Poland to work during the school holidays.

According to data from the Gremi Personal employment agency, the number of teachers doing so has increased by 15% this year.

Over the course of nearly three months of school holidays, teachers can earn an average of €1,800–2,500. They work in warehouses, shops, meat-processing plants and fish-processing factories.
