Poland Reports Shortage of Workers from Ukraine: Which Industries Are Calling for Labour Migrants

Polish employers are facing a shortage of seasonal Ukrainian workers. The deficit is felt most acutely by businesses in the agricultural and hotel-and-restaurant sectors. This was reported by the Analytics Centre of the international recruitment company Gremi Personal. As noted, the coronavirus quarantine in Poland did not affect the number of permanent jobs available to Ukrainians, but the problem of labour shortages in agriculture has yet to be resolved.
