📍 A production facility in Koszwały (17 km from Gdańsk) is looking for men up to 50 years of age. Requirements — conversational Polish and the ability to operate an angle grinder. Rate — 28 PLN/h net, for students — 30.50 PLN/h net. Working hours — 200–240.

💳 Salary — from 5,600 to 6,720 PLN (60,000–71,000 UAH).

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8- or 12-hour shifts, Saturdays optional, overtime available. Accommodation costs 700 PLN per month; free transport to work provided.

Work in Yacht and Motor Boat Production in Poland

📍 In the suburbs of Gdańsk (Straszyn and Wiślinka), vacancies are open for men up to 50 years of age with conversational Polish and some relevant experience (e.g. furniture assembly). We are looking for: furniture fitter, electrician/electrical fitter, carpenter, painter/lacquerer, upholsterer, mechanic/hydraulic engineer, lathe operator, parts assembler, polisher, glazier, parts moulder, laminator, laminate fitter, lacquering department grinder. Rate determined at interview. Minimum — 28 PLN/h net, with raises possible. Approx. 240 working hours.

💳 Starting at the minimum rate, the salary is 6,720 PLN/month net (70,000 UAH).

Schedule: Mon.–Fri., 10–12 hours per day, no night shifts. Accommodation cost — 20 PLN per day. Work in a production hall at a comfortable temperature.

Fast Food Work for Women and Men

📍 A fast food chain restaurant in Nowy Dwór Gdański (39 km from Gdańsk) is hiring — women, men and couples up to 45 years of age with a basic understanding of Polish. This position is based on an employment contract (Umowa o pracę).

Average rate — 25.50 PLN/hour.

Schedule: rotating shifts from 6:00 to 00:00, 9 hours each. Shift start times may vary (e.g. 6:00, 7:00 or 8:00). April training — schedule according to the vacancy, working Thursday to Sunday (or Friday to Sunday). From May, top employees will receive more working hours. Accommodation costs 700 PLN/month. Travel allowance — 400 PLN/month. Employee discounts on products provided; work clothing free of charge.

Work at a Branded Clothing Warehouse in Poland

📍 A branded clothing warehouse in Bydgoszcz is looking for active women and men up to 47 years of age — no experience or language skills required. Rate 25.05 PLN/h net, students 31.50 PLN/h net. Working hours — 200–250.

💳 Average salary — 5,010–6,262 PLN (54,000–67,000 UAH).

Schedule: 5–6 days a week, 10–12 hours per day. Accommodation costs 550 PLN/month, good living conditions. Transport to work — 100 PLN/month. Compensation for private accommodation — 230 PLN. Comfortable temperature inside the warehouse.

Work for Machine Operators (Metal Profiling)

📍 A facility in Bydgoszcz is looking for men up to 50 years of age (conversational Polish, minimal experience required, no certificate needed). Rate — 26 PLN/h net. Working hours — 200–240 per month.

💳 Salary — 5,200–6,240 PLN (56,000–67,000 UAH).

Schedule: Mon.–Fri., 10–12 hours per day, one day shift, occasional Saturdays. Accommodation cost — 490 PLN/month, apartment, 2–3 people per room. Bonus for private accommodation — +1 PLN added to the hourly rate. Work clothing free of charge. Employee canteen on site.

Work for Women and Men near the Ukrainian Border

📍 In Mielec (60 km from Rzeszów, 130 km from Kraków, close to the Ukrainian border), a rubber products manufacturer is looking for men and women up to 50 years of age with good eyesight — no language skills or experience required. Rate: 24.50 PLN/h net, with a pay rise after six months. Working hours — 160–280 per month.

💳 Salary — from 3,920 to 6,860 PLN (36,000–63,000 UAH).

Schedule: Mon.–Sat., two shifts including a night shift. Break — 45 minutes. Protective clothing provided free of charge.

Work for Women and Men at a Fish Processing Plant

📍 A production facility in Bielsk Podlaski (45 km from Białystok) is looking for women up to 50 years of age. Rate: 24.70 PLN/h net. Currently 180–200 working hours per month (more in peak season).

💳 Salary — 4,446–4,940 PLN (48,000–53,000 UAH).

Schedule: Mon.–Sat., 8–10 hours per day, night shifts possible. Accommodation — 600 PLN/month, 20 minutes' walk from the workplace. Employee canteen, changing rooms and showers on site. Work clothing provided free of charge.
