Poland's minimum hourly rate in 2021 rose to PLN 13.78 net (the amount after all taxes are deducted). This means an automatic pay rise for employees this year — on average PLN 300 more per month. In manufacturing, for instance, Ukrainian workers earn between PLN 2,500 and 4,000 (approximately UAH 18,500–30,000), depending on whether they work 8 or 12 hours a day. The figures were reported by the Gremi Personal analytics centre.
