Jobs for Men in Manufacturing Plants in Wrocław

Traditionally, some vacancies are considered "male" roles due to the higher level of physical effort involved. A private company specialising in the installation of modern storage systems is looking for workers for shelving installation, no experience or knowledge of Polish required. Important note: this job involves business trips around Poland from Monday to Friday. However, workers are always brought back to Wrocław for the weekend. Duties include assembling and dismantling shelving units and working at heights (3–5 metres). Rate — 20–24 PLN/h net (depending on experience and UDT certification). For students — 23.50–29 PLN/h net. One shift from 7:00 to 17:30, with the possibility of overtime. Occasional working Saturdays. Average monthly hours — 220–260. Even at the minimum rate, you can earn 4,400–5,200 PLN per month. Job benefits:

  • free workwear. Another vacancy in Wrocław — a roller blind manufacturing plant is looking for men with communicative Polish. Duties include operating machines that produce blind components, cutting and assembling those components, as well as picking, quality control, and packing of products. Rate — 18 PLN/h net, for students — 23.50 PLN/h net. Shift work, Monday to Friday. Night shifts and Saturdays possible. Average monthly hours — 230–280, meaning you can earn between 4,140 and 5,040 PLN per month. Accommodation cost — 400 PLN; allowance for own housing — 300 PLN. Job benefits:

  • safety footwear provided free of charge;

  • medical examinations — free;

  • transport allowance — 100 PLN;

  • indoor working environment, canteen, shower, and changing room on site. We also highlight other vacancies exclusively for men.

  • Container and module assembly worker with minimal experience in Wilków (50 km from Wrocław). Rate 25 PLN/h net, one day shift. Monthly hours — 200, salary — 5,000 PLN. Accommodation free for the first month.

  • General production worker at a soft furniture plant, no experience required, in Kobyla Góra (68 km from Wrocław). Rate 19 PLN/h net, monthly hours 180–200 (salary 3,420–3,800 PLN). Excellent accommodation within walking distance; couples housed separately. Workwear and medical examinations free.

  • Production worker at a washing machine counterweight plant in Stanowice (60 km from Wrocław). Rate 20.83 PLN/h, monthly hours 180–200 (salary — 3,750–4,166 PLN). No night shifts; transport and workwear are free.

Jobs at Meat Processing Plants

Meat production jobs can be found in virtually every region of Poland, and Wrocław is no exception. Let us start with a vacancy in Wieruszów (88 km from Wrocław). Male workers for meat production are needed here. Duties include moving products weighing up to 20 kg, loading meat onto vehicles, and packing finished products. Rate — 28 PLN/h net, for students — 33.50 PLN/h net. Work Monday to Friday, shift 2:00–10:00. Overtime possible. Monthly hours: 210–250. Salary — 5,880–7,000 PLN. Accommodation is 2.5 km from the workplace, about 30 minutes on foot. Transport: company bus. Transport cost — 100 PLN/month. Perks:

  • free hot lunch, coffee/tea provided by the employer,

  • workwear and footwear free of charge. In Chróścina (74 km from Wrocław), meat production workers are invited to apply — men, women, and couples. Experience and language knowledge are not required, but for men a category B driving licence or UDT certification will be an advantage. Duties differ depending on the department — freezer or production. Rate in production — 20.50 PLN/h net, for students — 24 PLN/h net. In the freezer department — 22.50 PLN/h net, for students — 26 PLN/h net. Work Monday to Friday; Saturday shifts possible in the freezer department. Two shifts, the second ending at 22:00 (no overnight shifts). Monthly hours — 180. Salary depending on department: 3,690–4,050 PLN. Perks:

  • accommodation free for the first three months, then 400 PLN/month;

  • allowance for own housing — 300 PLN/month;

  • organised transport by company bus, cost — 100 PLN/month;

  • workwear provided free of charge. In Opole (84 km from Wrocław), workers are invited to a meat and semi-finished product plant. Women, men, and couples can all apply. Duties differ depending on the department — production or slaughter. Rate in production — 18 PLN/h net, after three months — 18.50 PLN/h net. Performance bonus: 150 PLN. In slaughter — 19.50 PLN/h net, after three months — 20.50 PLN/h net. Performance bonus: 200 PLN. Three-shift work, Monday to Saturday, overtime possible. Average monthly hours — 210–230. Average salary in production — 3,800–4,250 PLN excluding bonuses; in slaughter — 4,300–4,700 excluding bonuses. Benefits:

  • 20 minutes on foot from accommodation to the workplace;
