Female workers at a poultry plant near Bydgoszcz

In Solec Kujawski (approximately 15 minutes from Bydgoszcz), a poultry plant is looking for women up to 49 years of age. Work on one of the processes – washing, warehouse, production line, cleaning, line operator, filleting, weight control, gutting. The rate depends on the process and ranges from 24.50 to 28.50 PLN/h net, from 30.50 to 31 PLN/h take-home for students. Number of working hours per month: 200–260. Average salary excluding bonuses – from 4,900 to 7,410 PLN/month. After 6 months of work, a rate increase of 1 PLN is provided. Bonuses are also paid. There are no quotas at the plant; bonuses are calculated based on the productivity of a specific group of people on the process, and a foreman monitors the work, which affects the bonus amount.

Schedule: Mon.–Fri. rotating shifts, Saturday work possible if there is production demand: Shift I: 3:00/6:00–15:00/18:00 Shift II: 11:00/14:00–23:00/02:00

Accommodation: monthly cost – 490 PLN. 4–6 people per room. All necessary amenities: shower, bathroom, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen. Internet available. Transport: free from Bydgoszcz. Supplement for own accommodation: +1 PLN/h added to the rate.

Work clothing and footwear provided free of charge.

Working conditions:

  • Breaks: for a 12-hour shift, 45 minutes of break time is provided – to be used at the employee's discretion (can be taken all at once or split into several breaks).
  • Temperature: washing/warehouse/line/filleting +8–9°C; gutting +10–15°C (may be higher); hanging – outdoor temperature; production hall +5–15°C.
  • Free meals twice a day.

Candidate requirements:

  • Visa or Residence Permit required for citizens of Belarus and Moldova.

Seafood production and packing in Bydgoszcz

In Bydgoszcz, there is an open position in fish and seafood production and packing. Men, women, and couples up to 54 years of age are welcome to apply.

Tasks (filleting)

  • placing fish into the machine
  • quality control of fish cleaning after the machine
  • work with a knife (cutting fish into portions)
  • laying fillets onto the conveyor belt
  • quality control of the automated line

Tasks (freezing/breading)

  • removing fish from boxes onto the conveyor
  • sorting fish
  • weighing and packing

The rate depends on the process – 24.75 or 25.25 PLN/h take-home, for students 30.50 or 31 PLN/h take-home. Bonuses are paid. Average monthly hours – 160–240 hours. Average salary excluding bonuses – 3,960–6,060 PLN/month.

Schedule: Mon.–Fri. rotating shifts, including nights, 8–12 hours. Saturday work possible.

Accommodation costs 490 PLN/month. Housing in a house, apartment, or hostel, 3–4 people per room. Couples stay separately. Compensation for own accommodation: +1 PLN added to the rate.

Transport: by city bus (20 to 45 minutes). Monthly transit pass – approximately 118 PLN.

Temperature at the plant is +6 to +12°C; humidity is present.

Candidate requirements:

  • Good physical condition.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • No experience or language skills required.

Bonuses:

  1. On the first Thursday of each month, every employee receives fish free of charge (e.g.: salmon/white fish fillet, seafood, breaded fish sticks – from 1 to 3 kg per person).
  2. Employees receive one free hot meal if working 8-hour shifts. Two hot meals if working 12-hour shifts.

Female workers for packing finished poultry products

In Gowidlino (60 km from Gdańsk), a poultry plant is looking for women up to 50 years of age.

Tasks:

  • Sorting and distributing products (breast, fillet, wings).
  • Filleting.
  • Placing meat, cheese, and spices, breading on the conveyor.
  • Packing products on the conveyor, labeling.
  • Washing may be required (night shift).

Accommodation: 650 PLN/month. House, 3–4 people per room. Several accommodation options available. One is located next to the workplace, another is 4.5 km away. Accessible by public transport or bicycles available at the accommodation.

Working conditions:

  • Production temperature +8/+10°C.
  • Free meal at the plant every 4 hours.
  • The plant is interested in long-term employees. Assistance with Residence Permit applications is offered to everyone.

In Dzierżążno (30 km from Gdańsk), a poultry plant is looking for men up to 50 years of age.

Tasks:

  • Hanging chickens by their legs.
  • Line work – post-machine processing: cleaning, sorting, portioning, packing, and weighing products.
  • Sorting meat products in a cold room (clothing provided).

Workers in a meat production hall

In Wadowice Górne (63 km from Rzeszów, 130 km from Kraków), we are looking for men up to 50 years of age for a meat processing plant.

Tasks:

  • Work in the finished goods hall,
  • Quality control of sausage products,
  • Packing minced meat,
  • Hanging sausage products on smoking racks,
  • Production and packing of pâté,
  • Maintaining cleanliness at the workstation.

Work clothing and footwear provided free of charge, but if the employee works less than 3 months, 250 PLN is deducted.

Work for women near Gdańsk in salad packing

In Bojano (20 km from Gdańsk), at a plant producing ready-made salads for retail stores, we are looking for women up to 40 years of age.

Tasks:

  • Portioning salads.
  • Weighing finished products.

Work in salmon production and packing

In Bielsk Podlaski (45 km from Białystok, 170 km from Ełk), a salmon processing plant is looking for women up to 50 years of age.

Tasks:

  • Filleting hall: men – receiving fish, unloading into a water tank for thawing, taking out of the tank, placing onto the line; women – laying fillets onto racks.

  • Delicatessen – placing fish on racks, preparing for baking.

  • Packing hall – line work, placing salmon slices into packaging, placing into boxes, stacking boxes onto pallets, stretch wrapping.

Duties:

Schedule is flexible, depending on the number of orders. Option to take additional hours.

Accommodation: 450 PLN/month. Apartment in Legnica. 3–4 people per room. Transport: 120 PLN/month. Compensation for own accommodation: 300 PLN/month.

Work clothing and footwear: free of charge if the employee has worked more than one month. Cap, apron, and gloves provided by the plant. Safety-toe footwear provided by the agency. Medical examination: free of charge if the employee has worked more than one month.

Working conditions:

Canteen with microwaves, refrigerator for food storage, and sandwich vending machines available.

Requirements:

  • Physically active.
  • No experience or language skills required.
  • Experience with hand pallet jacks is an advantage.

Work for men and women in semi-finished product production

Work location – Zawiercie (48 km from Katowice). We are looking for men and women aged 20 to 50.

Tasks:

  • Line work – production (most processes are automated), packing, sorting, portioning, and weighing products.
  • Quality control of packing and product labeling.
  • Preparing finished products for shipment – palletizing (full box weight approximately 10 kg).

Warehouse mix department:

  • order picking for pallets
  • gluing cardboard and labels

Rate: 24.00 PLN/h take-home, student rate – 30.50 PLN/h take-home. Monthly working hours – 280–320 hours.

Salary – 6,000–7,680 PLN per month.

Schedule: Mon.–Sun. rotating shifts, 12 hours each. Floating days off: Shift I: 6:00–18:00 Shift II: 18:00–6:00

Accommodation: 500 PLN/month. House or apartment, 3–4 people per room. A 25-minute walk or free public transport from accommodation to work. Compensation for own accommodation: 300 PLN/month.

Work clothing and footwear provided free of charge.

Working conditions:

Standing work, in two halls: bakery (+20–25°C) and production line (+5–10°C). Two breaks of 15–20 minutes. Canteen, kettle, and microwave available. Separate room for couples.

Free products for employees daily. Plant products also available at a discount (pizzas, pasta, dumplings, gnocchi, pancakes, lasagna, croquettes, casseroles).

  • Good manual dexterity.
