The Polish Labour Market: Where It's Now Easier for Ukrainians to Find Work — and Where Layoffs Loom

The structure of labour demand in Poland is shifting: businesses are more actively recruiting for blue-collar roles, while a number of sectors are seeing a rise in redundancies. This is according to a report by RBC Ukraine, based on analysis from the analytics centre of international staffing company Gremi Personal.

Experts note that the strongest employment growth is being recorded in logistics, the food industry, and the HoReCa sector, while manufacturing and retail are experiencing a downturn. In these conditions, the role of foreign workers — Ukrainians in particular — remains critically important for the stability of the Polish economy.
