The Pulse of Labour Migration

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, For the second consecutive year, the Analytical Centre "Gremi Personal" is conducting a sociological study on the adaptation and further integration intentions of Ukrainian labour migrants working in Poland. We use a sample of over 1,000 respondents from all regions of Poland, which ensures a high level of data accuracy in our research. The pandemic year brought certain changes to the plans and intentions of Ukrainian labour migrants, yet it strengthened their integration outlook towards Poland.
