"We actively kept our employees informed about the coronavirus situation, the facts, and legislative changes — given the many speculations surrounding the topic. As a result, our company managed to avoid panic and we were able to retain our Ukrainian workforce. Over the course of 2 waves, approximately 11–12% of Ukrainians left Poland — mostly those whose legal residency documents were expiring."
