The 2020 pandemic reshaped the development plans of most markets. The international employment market was no exception. On the one hand, the numerous and constantly changing entry requirements across different countries, lockdowns, and quarantine restrictions significantly slowed the pace of labour migration in Europe. On the other hand, the instability of weaker economies, such as Ukraine's, continues to sustain the outflow of the Ukrainian workforce to Europe.
