Poland — One of the Most Attractive Labour Markets for Ukrainians!
Poland remains the leading European country for Ukrainian employment. This is confirmed by the latest report from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
According to the research, 78% of Ukrainians who left their country after the start of the full-scale invasion are employed in Poland. By comparison, only 31% of Ukrainian refugees have found work in Germany, and just 17% in Spain. In those countries, people rely on social benefits, whereas Poland has created real opportunities for employment.
Poland is actively harnessing the potential of labour migration — and its economy is growing as a result.
