Poland intends to legally simplify the process of obtaining a temporary residence permit (TRP) for foreigners. These intentions are confirmed by a draft law on amendments to the Act on Foreigners and certain other acts (UD138), published in the Official Gazette of the Council of Ministers of Poland.
