Poland to Simplify the Legalization of Residence and Work for Foreigners

The Polish government has approved a series of amendments to the bill on foreigners and other legislation aimed at simplifying and speeding up the procedure for legalizing the residence and employment of foreigners.

This was reported by the Analytical Center of the international staffing company «Gremi Personal».

Foreigners applying for a temporary residence permit (Karta Pobytu) will no longer be required to prove that they have a guaranteed place of residence in Poland or a source of stable and regular income. However, proof of minimum income remains a mandatory condition.
