Gremi Personal Scholarship Winner

Damir Volkov is the winner of the Gremi Personal scholarship programme for talented children of production workers. At just 9 years old, he already holds a yellow belt in karate. Damir is a bronze medalist at the Ukrainian Championship and a multiple medalist at the Donetsk Oblast Championship. He moved to Poland with his family in May 2022 following the outbreak of the full-scale war, and is already winning gold and bronze medals at local competitions. He dreams of earning a black belt in karate and winning the World Championship.

About the Programme Every year, Gremi Personal launches a scholarship programme for talented children of production employees. The scholarship is intended to support talent development and cover any material costs associated with it. Payments are made in two instalments per semester. Any parent whose child is passionate about sport, dance, singing, or science, and has academic, athletic, artistic or other achievements, is welcome to apply. We firmly believe: there are no children without talent — only talents yet to be discovered. And we help find and develop them!
