Workers from Ukraine continue to prefer Germany or the Czech Republic as their top destinations for employment, primarily due to higher wages. The process of moving to these countries has slowed down due to the pandemic and quarantine restrictions. Nevertheless, a pessimistic trend on the Polish labour market remains clearly visible. This is confirmed by research conducted by the Gremi Personal Analytics Centre.
