The Most In-Demand Jobs for Ukrainians in Poland in 2025

Among positions that require no qualifications or knowledge of the Polish language, warehouse workers will be the most popular in 2025. This applies primarily to large clothing warehouses, including those handling branded apparel. Also in demand will be pharmaceutical warehouse staff, printing industry workers, and employees at facilities producing plastic, rubber, and metal components. Workers in food production and packaging will likewise be highly sought after — including those involved in the production and packaging of semi-finished products and snacks, olives, and confectionery. Among the popular occupations that women have increasingly embraced in recent years is forklift operator. This role will remain one of the most in-demand positions in Polish warehouses. The average monthly salary is expected to reach $1,100–$1,400.

Analysts note that every year Poland sees a growing level of automation at large production facilities and warehouses. Machines are taking over the most demanding tasks, reducing the physical strain on workers. Against this backdrop, the development of technology and the economy is expected to drive increased demand for both low-skilled workers and highly qualified specialists.
The Polish labour market is changing rapidly, and this calls for flexibility and the ability to adapt to new challenges. Legislation and tax conditions are evolving just as quickly. In light of this, the agency forecasts strong demand for highly qualified specialists. In 2025, the most sought-after will be managers — leaders with analytical capabilities who can oversee teams across different areas. Specialists in sales will be equally in demand. The top three is rounded out by finance professionals and accountants. These positions are open to Ukrainians, but in addition to professional qualifications, Polish language proficiency is a mandatory requirement. Workers in these roles can expect salaries starting at $3,500–$4,000.
"The most valued specialists are those with analytical thinking who can quickly adapt to changing market conditions. These are people who do not simply follow a template but actively seek new solutions and approaches, analysing rapidly shifting data and trends. They view the situation in a broad context — understanding not only current market needs but also anticipating potential changes. This capacity for flexible management of tools and methods allows them to respond effectively to dynamic market challenges and make well-grounded decisions that ensure sustained long-term success. These are exactly the kinds of specialists that businesses in Poland are competing for today," — says Lilia Tereshchenko, Vice President of Gremi Personal.
