What Will the Minimum Wage in Poland Be in 2025?

Up-to-date information on the minimum wage in Poland in 2025 (updated figures).
In June, the minimum wage in Poland for 2025 was announced.
The minimum monthly wage is expected to reach 4,626 zloty as of 1 January.
In June, the Polish government approved proposals for the minimum wage and minimum hourly rate for 2025. Under the proposals, from January the lowest salary will be 4,626 PLN gross (before tax), and the minimum hourly rate will be 30.20 PLN gross.
According to Polish government estimates, more than 3.1 million workers in Poland will receive the minimum wage in 2025.
Polish law guarantees that the minimum wage is raised each year by at least the projected increase in the prices of goods and services. If in the first quarter of the year the minimum wage is less than half the average wage in the country, the increase in the following half-year will be even higher than planned.
How Did the Minimum Wage in Poland Grow in 2024?
As a reminder, from 1 January 2024 the minimum wage rose to 4,242 PLN gross. This was the first minimum wage increase of the year.
The second increase traditionally takes place in summer — from 1 July the monthly minimum wage amounts to 4,300 zloty.
The minimum hourly rate rose to 27.70 PLN per hour from 1 January 2024, and stands at 28.10 PLN per hour from 1 July (gross — i.e. before tax).
