How Do We Take Care of Our Employees?

jak-mi-turbuiemosja-pro-pracivnikiv

The most important value at Gremi Personal is people. We treat our employees with respect, understanding and genuine care. We want every member of our team to feel part of a large community — one where there is support, decent working conditions and opportunities for growth. We invest in training, legalisation, health and well-being because we believe that happy employees build a strong company.

How do we look after our employees at every stage of our cooperation?

Job Matching

We approach this stage carefully and individually. A consultation with a recruiter and job matching are always free of charge. Our offices and job offers are located all over Poland, and you can always choose or reserve a position in the region of your choice.

We also act quickly: we respond no later than the next working day. From the moment you apply until your first day at work, you stay in touch with a dedicated recruiter who will support you throughout the hiring process.

Registration and Legalisation

We only employ people officially. If you are from Ukraine or another country — we will help you legalise your stay. From the very first stage we provide support with obtaining a PESEL number and opening a bank account. We then help you submit the documents for a residence permit (karta pobytu).

Our specialists and lawyers will guide you through the legalisation and registration process without unnecessary stress.

Coordinator Support

Gremi Personal coordinators accompany employees from the moment of arrival and stay by their side throughout the entire period of employment. They help with settling into accommodation, explain house rules and make sure everything runs smoothly. On the first day at work, a coordinator is always present: they escort you to the workplace, introduce you to your duties, explain safety rules and the daily schedule.

Afterwards you can turn to your coordinator with any questions about accommodation, working conditions, pay or settling into the new environment. Although coordinators work standard hours, in practice they are available almost around the clock (though it is best not to take advantage of this if the matter can wait 😉). Their role is to be the employee's first point of contact — not just explaining things, but actively helping to resolve them. Thanks to this constant support, our employees adapt faster, feel more confident and can focus on their work.

The Care Department

The company has a dedicated Care Department that stays in regular contact with employees, conducts surveys, provides consultations, helps resolve issues and continuously improves the quality of working and everyday life.

The main goal of the Care Department is to ensure that every person in the company feels like a valued and heard member of the community. We believe that care is not a one-off gesture but a constant presence. This is how we build trust — not through promises, but through day-to-day support.

Insurance and Telemedicine

All Gremi Personal employees receive state health insurance covering basic medical services. Students under the age of 26 need to arrange insurance themselves — we will help you figure out all the details.

In addition, a telemedicine service is available: online consultations with a doctor who speaks your native language.

Accommodation

You can choose from the following options: Company-provided accommodation — apartments, hostels or houses with everything needed for comfortable living. Your own accommodation. If you rent independently, please note that many of our job offers include a partial reimbursement of accommodation costs. The amount depends on the region and the offer, and is added to your salary.

"Refer a Friend" Programme

If you enjoy working with Gremi Personal — tell your friends and acquaintances about us. You will not only help them find stable employment but also receive a cash reward. Our "Refer a Friend" programme is a way to support the people you care about and give your budget a welcome boost.

How it works:

You recommend us to a friend or acquaintance. They submit an application and mention your name as the person who referred them to Gremi Personal. We find them a suitable job, they complete the registration process and start work. Once the employee has worked for one month, you receive a reward of up to 1,200 PLN. The exact amount depends on the type of position, the region and the terms of cooperation. To find out whether the programme applies to your specific workplace — contact your coordinator or recruiter.

Charity and Cultural Events

We believe that social responsibility is an integral part of doing business. That is why Gremi Personal runs the Gremi Foundation — a charitable initiative that has been supporting Ukraine since the very first days of the full-scale war. The Foundation primarily helps the families of our employees who are in active combat zones. It regularly delivers vehicles, drones, tactical medical supplies, communication equipment and essential gear to the front line for Ukrainian defenders. In addition, the Foundation organises Gremi Borscht Fest — the largest Ukrainian cultural and charity festival in Poland. It is not only a warm celebration for the entire community featuring contemporary Ukrainian artists, but also real, tangible support for the Ukrainian army. All funds raised during the event go towards helping the military.

Scholarship Programme for Employees' Children

We strive to support not only our employees but also their families. That is why every year we run the "Gremi Dream" scholarship programme for the children of our employees. If you work with Gremi Personal and have a child — keep an eye out for the announcement about the programme launch in autumn. Children under 18 are eligible to take part. Winners receive monetary scholarships, and every participating child receives a consolation gift. In this way we support the education, motivation and development of the next generation. We want the children of our employees to feel that their efforts matter and their dreams are important.

Career Development

Working with Gremi Personal means not only stability but also genuine prospects for growth. If you are aiming higher — we will support you. The company has an internal career development system.

Growth opportunities:

advance to the position of foreman or supervisor; become a coordinator or specialist in one of Gremi's departments; complete training and obtain a forklift operator licence at our in-house school. We regularly conduct internal interviews, provide advice and support those who want to develop professionally. Your initiative signals that you are ready for the next stage — and we are ready to give you that chance.

Holiday Gifts

Holidays are a special time when people want to feel warmth, appreciation and gratitude. That is why every one of our employees receives a special gift at Christmas and Easter.

What else do our employees value?

To finish — a few things that our employees most often highlight in their reviews:

✔ official employment and confidence about the future; ✔ stable salary and the option to receive an advance; ✔ support with legalisation; ✔ telemedicine service in your native language; ✔ holiday gifts as a sign of attention and respect.

We believe that when an employee feels good, they work with enthusiasm. Every action we take is aimed at ensuring you feel confident, protected and able to grow. Because genuine care means thinking about you — always. And that is exactly how we work.
