Gremi Dream: highlights from the fifth year of the employee children support programme

On 20 February 2026, Gremi Foundation held an awards ceremony for the winners of the fifth year of the Gremi Dream programme. This is a social initiative for the children of employees working within the Gremi Personal franchise network.
The programme is part of the company's corporate social responsibility. Its main goal is to support talented and motivated children who have clear ambitions and are already actively working towards them.
How the programme came about
Gremi Dream was created during the COVID-19 pandemic. At that time, many families faced hardship and uncertainty. The company decided to support not only its employees, but also their children.
Since then, the programme has been held every year. In 2026, it took place for the fifth time.
How participants are selected
The programme follows a competition format.
Children aged 7 to 17 prepare a video in which they talk about their dream and motivation
The jury evaluates not only the dream itself, but also:
- perseverance;
- consistency;
- concrete steps already taken towards personal development.
The programme supports children who are already working on their future today — in sport, education or creative pursuits.
The winners of the Gremi Dream programme in 2026 are:
Oleksandra — a passion for science and a dream of family time together
8-year-old Oleksandra has a great love of computer science. She comes from eastern Ukraine. Due to the war, her family lost their home and her father is currently serving at the front.
The girl admitted she has no memory of a family holiday. Her dream is a trip that would allow the whole family to spend time together.
"If you don't try, you'll never know. I never give up," she said during the final.
Julieta — a new language, new opportunities
Julieta moved to Poland from Colombia seven months ago. In a short time, she learned Polish so well that she recited a poem in Polish during the final.
She loves mathematics, music and dance. As part of her award, she received professional headphones to support her musical interests, as well as the audience award.
Stas — a professional step towards his career
Stas is studying at a hairdressing college in Warsaw. His dream is to complete a professional barbering course, the cost of which was beyond the family's financial means.
Thanks to the programme, he will be able to gain additional skills and move closer to his professional goal.
"I want to be a truly great barber. It's my real passion. This award is my first serious step towards making my dream a reality," he said.
Vladyslav — sport as a space for ambition and consistency
Vladyslav is passionate about football. He trains regularly and continuously develops his skills. For him, sport is not just a game — it is also a way to build resilience and character.
"When I play football, I feel like I can do anything," he says.
Why this programme matters
Gremi Dream is not a one-off initiative. It is ongoing support for the children of employees and their families.
At Gremi Personal, we believe that trust and stability begin with caring for people. Supporting employees' children is an investment in their future and in the development of the next generation.
Over five years, the programme has become an important part of the company's life and proof that a business can grow while still putting people first.
