There Is No One in Poland Who Could Replace Ukrainian Migrants

The pandemic exposed certain shortcomings in Poland's migration management. It turned out that there was simply no one to replace the Ukrainian workforce. Some vacancies at companies were filled by Polish workers as well as employees from Asian countries. However, staffing agencies are reluctant to hire candidates from Nepal, India, or Bangladesh due to the high costs and logistical difficulties involved in bringing workers from such distant locations.
