A Hotline Has Been Launched for Parents of Ukrainian Schoolchildren in Poland

We recently covered the schooling options available for Ukrainian children in Poland. The academic year has started, children are attending school, yet parents and pupils continue to have questions about the educational process.
The Polish Center for International Aid (PCPM) has launched a hotline for Ukrainian parents whose children are enrolling in Polish schools.
The dedicated line aims to answer any questions that may arise. If project coordinators do not have an exact answer, they submit an inquiry to the relevant ministries, schools, and other educational organisations.
At present, the most frequent questions from parents concern enrolling a child in a Polish primary school, high school, or vocational college.
Most of the hotline consultants are Ukrainian refugees. They provide information in Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish.
Hotline number: +38 (050) 334-93-51 or +48 525 275 003.
It is also worth noting that, according to Poland's Minister of Education Przemysław Czarnek, 185,000 children who arrived after the start of the full-scale war in Ukraine have begun studying in Polish schools. In total, approximately 700,000–800,000 Ukrainian school-age children are currently in Poland. Schooling for Ukrainian children in Poland can be in-person or remote, and the majority of students are currently studying online.
