#DbamyoPracowników is our proprietary project, founded on best practices in hiring foreign workers.

We share the knowledge and experience of our employment experts. We show what to do and which tools to use so that both employees and employers are satisfied.

On our Facebook pages and YouTube channel we regularly provide updates on employment legislation, and we create a series of videos featuring our workers and their experiences in Poland.

In addition, we maintain ongoing collaboration with government institutions, non-governmental organisations, and businesses.

• Comfortable accommodation We strive to find a good place to stay in close proximity to the workplace.

• Charter flights and coach services During the lockdown, we were the only company that organised a series of charter flights for our employees to Poland. This allowed us to place workers and fulfil our obligations to Polish clients. We also run weekly coach services from Ukraine so that our employees can travel to Poland safely during the pandemic.

• Quarantine centres Since the mandatory quarantine rules upon crossing the border came into force, Gremi Personal organised quarantine centres in Poland, providing comfortable conditions for our employees.

• Covid-19 testing We are the first and only international employment agency in Poland to have started offering free coronavirus tests for Ukrainian workers, back in November 2020.

• Russian-language chatbot For the convenience of workers from Ukraine, Belarus, and Georgia — as well as anyone interested in legal employment in Poland — we launched a Russian-language chatbot via the VIBER messenger.

• Online medical consultations Our employees can take advantage of free medical consultations in their native language. Appointments are made through the Viber app.

• Free courses at Cosinus schools Together with the adult education school network, we organise free classes for all interested participants. Upon completion, employees can obtain a new qualification. Workers under 26 benefit from higher wages and discounts of up to 50% on transport, cinemas, theatres, and museums.

• Available bilingual coordinator All our coordinators speak Polish, Ukrainian, and Russian fluently.

Data Security

We pay close attention to every aspect of service for our B2B and B2C clients. The Gremi Personal database holds information on more than 90,000 clients from Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, and other countries. We therefore take constant care to protect their data in accordance with GDPR (the General Data Protection Regulation of the EU). To this end, we selected the professional cybersecurity company HackControl, whose experienced engineers carried out a comprehensive audit of personal data protection within our client system. After all, clients are the most valuable asset any company has!
