Changes in the labor market. We explain why companies don't wait until September to recruit

August doesn't have to mean a recruitment slowdown. With some employers less active, companies can use this period to reach candidates earlier and prepare their teams for the autumn rise in orders. As Anna Dzhobolda, Strategic Advisor at Gremi Personal's Recruitment Department, points out, postponing HR decisions until September can mean greater competition for workers, longer processes, and growing wage pressure.
Data from the Gremi Personal Analytical Center also shows that the market remains stable, but companies are recruiting more selectively. Advance planning, quick decision-making, and efficient communication with candidates are therefore becoming increasingly important – especially in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and the food industry, where the second half of the year often brings higher demand for workers.
