Although the entire EU has record-low unemployment (6% in November 2022), for several months slow but lasting processes have been under way in the labour market. Employers are ever less often opening new recruitment processes due to savings and production changes. One could say the employee's market is slowly turning into an employer's market – says Anna Dzhobolda, director of the recruitment department at Gremi Personal.
