The number of workers from Ukraine keeps rising and breaking records. Despite this, employment agencies dealing with hiring foreigners complain about a lack of candidates. As "RP" reports, the same problem is faced by all firms that hire foreigners. — Our agency currently has about 2,000 vacancies. Even though workers from Ukraine keep arriving, this does not meet the market's needs — says Tomas Bogdevic, general director of Gremi Personal.
