The labour market is placing increasingly clear emphasis on real skills rather than simply the experience listed in a CV.

The Polish labour market is differentiating ever more clearly between industries. The highest pay rises were recorded in the automotive industry (9%), the machinery sector (8.6%) and logistics (8.5%).
