Although the number of workers from the East is breaking records, employment agencies cannot fill the vacancies. Demand is sometimes more than twice the number of available candidates. Agencies recruiting foreigners make no secret of their fears that in Q4, as seasonal work increases, the situation will get harder. — Our agency currently has about 2,000 vacancies. Even though workers from Ukraine keep arriving, this does not meet the market's needs — assesses Tomasz Bogdevic, general director of Gremi Personal.
