Although simplified regulations increased the interest of Ukrainian and Belarusian doctors in working in Poland, there is still no sign of a mass influx. Meanwhile, the risk of a new wave of emigration of Polish medics is growing. Although doctors' salaries in Poland are several times higher than in Ukraine (where a doctor's pay equals about PLN 1,500), there is currently no visible increase in the immigration of medics from the East. Moreover, under the current conditions, a large wave of their arrivals in the future should not be expected — assesses the employment agency Gremi Personal in its analysis of the migration of Ukrainian doctors to Poland.
