Last year the number of workers sent abroad by employment agencies fell by 15%. Now the rebound on the domestic labour market may keep them in the country. Today it is not only employment agencies looking for candidates to work in domestic firms that speak of a highly competitive market. Companies sending Poles to work in the West, where a seasonal rebound has produced a surge of job offers in recent months, must also compete harder for them (especially for skilled workers).
