The vast majority of Ukrainians are satisfied with work and quality of life in Poland, as shown among other things by the fact that almost half plan to stay permanently and a similar share intend to bring their family here. The serious plans of Ukrainians related to Poland are also evidenced by the fact that more and more of them decide to buy property and set up their own business here. Such plans are already held by 40% of Ukrainian citizens working in Poland. The situation may change, however, when other European countries open their borders to them, as many are interested in employment in Germany, the Czech Republic or Scandinavia.
