Labor market: hiring slows down — stabilization or the start of a bigger slowdown?

Although labor market indicators remain at a level suggesting balance, businesses are increasingly pausing recruitment and focusing on cutting costs. A report by the Gremi Personal Analytical Center shows that instead of increasing hiring, companies are choosing cautious risk management, which may signal deeper changes taking place in the economy.

As Evgenij Kirichenko, founder of Gremi Personal, points out, the current stabilization does not mean a return to growth, but rather a period of waiting. An additional challenge for employers comes from automation, slower wage growth, and the need to adapt hiring strategies to changing market conditions.
