Poland's labor market is clearly slowing down – unemployment is rising, the number of job offers is falling, and more and more companies are deciding to cut jobs. According to an analysis by the Gremi Personal Analytical Center, entrepreneurs are taking a more cautious approach to recruitment, focusing on cost optimization and operational efficiency.

Although some sectors, such as logistics and HoReCa, still show employment growth, industry remains under strong pressure. Evgenij Kirichenko of Gremi Personal points out that the labor market is entering a stage where staffing decisions are becoming increasingly conservative, and its previous resilience to the economic slowdown is clearly weakening.
